Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide. If your address is outside our standard delivery network, our team will contact you after you place your order to confirm whether we can reach you and what the charge would be.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times
- Major cities: 2–3 working days from dispatch
- Other locations: 3–5 working days from dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather and public holidays can extend them.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Any free-delivery threshold currently running is shown in the announcement bar at the top of the site.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second message with tracking details once it has been handed to the courier. You can also see your orders at any time under My Account.
Problems with a delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it and contact us on the same day. Contact details are on our Contact page.
